1 on 1 Nutrition Coaching
One on one coaching with ME! This includes a detailed guide on macros and/or the hand portion guide, how to start tracking in myfitness pal, and my personal grocery list and recipe guide. I will provide you with how to start tracking macros/hand portions and these will be adjusted along the way to meet your goals. All of your food will be tracked in myfitness pal and I will keep an eye on your food diary to make sure you are staying on track.
We will have weekly online check-ins via Google sheets & forms where I can assess your progress, give recommendations, and adjust macros as needed. You will track your progress with scale weights, measurements, before & after pictures, and biofeedback in the app MyPTHub. You will have messaging access to me as your coach via the MyPThub app and email during normal working hours (CST).
If you have already been eating too low of calories you will likely need a full reverse diet before I suggest a fat loss phase. I can help with this through coaching, but know it will require time to build your calories up to your maintenance calories and then allowing your body to stay there for several weeks to allow your metabolism to reset. I will not put clients into further “cuts” or a lower deficit if I believe their body is maxed out on dieting. If you believe you are in this category & are not interested in a reverse diet, please consider this before you sign up for coaching with me!
You will be required to commit to at least 12 weeks of coaching. There are no refunds! If you sign up you are locked in for minimum of 12 weeks so please make sure you are serious about the process.
3 month membership: $200/month (3 month minimum billed every 4 weeks. After 3 months/payments you will roll into a recurring monthly membership until you cancel. You may cancel anytime after the 3rd months. No refunds.
3 months in full (discounted): $550 billed once.
6 months in full (discounted): $1100 billed once

A personal macro consultation is to provide an accurate macro count or hand portion guide that is personalized to your specific needs and goals.
