ABOUT ME
Hi ya! I'm Kailey! & don't worry, you don't have to try to pronounce my last name unless you just think that's fun. I love dogs & I have three crazy rescues that are my actual babies, red wine blends, reading suspenseful books, a good ole slice of pizza (or 3) and hip hop dance fitness. I am a firefighter wife who juggles my husbands insane work schedule, I am a type A rule follower who is weirdly a morning person and gets up when my alarm goes off the first time. People think I have a split personality because I am a legit psycho path when I teach KlubFit & very calm, cool & collected otherwise.

I have struggled my entire life with body acceptance. I always believed that the smaller you were the healthier you are & was afraid of the fitness industry because I felt I wasn't "small" or "fit" enough. Through those thoughts I created disordered eating habits, eating less (1200 calories or less a day) while "cardioing" myself to death. I was miserable, I was tired, I was fed up & just wanted to finally feel good in the body I was given.
Over the years of my health journey I have found that you have to find what works for you. This equation will be different for every BODY. Your body and lifestyle will determine what exercise and nutrition style will be sustainable for you long term. That is the ultimate goal, to find what works WITH your life, not against it. Something easy for you to follow on a consistent basis to become a healthier and happier you. I am here to give you the tools you need to help you break the chains of disordered eating and fuel your LIFE with habits that will set you up for success.
